About Us
Our Menu has a long history in its making. The wide range of cuisines offered in the menu stems from an individual growing up in a small lane of Saigon. With an insatiable appetite for best food experiences, the journey to exploring many cultural cuisines in many parts of the world began, capturing the best balance of sweet, sour, bitter and spicy experiences that differentiates that best of the authentic cuisines culturally. This is a continuing journey on how this menu was born and continues to evolve to this date.

The journey began in Saigon where authentic Vietnamese cuisine were served from tiny street stalls and street carts. These were run by the owners themselves bringing in the only source of income to their families. The street food filled the air with aroma daily. This attraction provided a gateway to a plethora of fine authentic Vietnamese food to choose from, and only the best were preserved in our menu.
